With the new Gotha-Emleben development, the Nagel-Group expands its network in Thuringia. The sustainable logistics property was handed over this Wednesday by OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH.
The modern logistics center comprises around 21,000 square meters of leased space and offers state-of-the-art storage and handling capabilities for temperature-sensitive foods. At the same time, it creates additional jobs in the region.
André Pleines, Executive Director Real Estate at the Nagel-Group:

Sustainably reduce CO2 emissions
The property was built to the highest
sustainability standards. Part of the energy concept are air-to-water heat pumps as well as a photovoltaic system of around 8,800 square meters on the roof, which are expected to save up to 870 tonnes of CO₂ per year.
The site also has a direct connection to the A4 motorway and is embedded in the Logistics Cluster Thuringia. For
the Nagel-Group, the new construction is the third site in the Gotha district. Ralph Holeschovsky, Branch Manager of OFB in Erfurt:
