Effective as of November 1, 2025, Suraj Batija will assume the management of the tire cooperations Top Service Team KG. The new managing director succeeds Gerd Wächter, who after 15 years is reorienting himself for personal and professional reasons. Batija brings many years of experience from the tire and automotive sectors, including leadership positions at A.T.U, Reifen Helm, and Lother GmbH. His main goals for the collaboration of the team shareholders include digitalization, increasing employer attractiveness, and promoting sustainable mobility. Internal collaboration should be strengthened to better harness potentials and to make the cooperation future-proof.

Also the Andreas Schmid Group is undergoing a leadership change. Alessandro Cacciola, who has led the company since 2019, will leave the Executive Board at the beginning of 2026 to pursue new tasks. Cacciola shaped the company through a clear strategy and focused on sustainable growth. The Executive Board will henceforth be headed by Thomas Schledorn, who will assume operational responsibility from 12 January 2026. Schledorn brings extensive international experience from various leadership positions, including at DB Schenker and Cargo-Partner.
Rhenus Gruppe verstärkt ihre Führung im Seefrachtbereich
Thorsten Koch will take over the leadership of the Europe Sea Freight division at the Rhenus Group as of 1 October 2025. With over 20 years of experience in sea freight logistics, which he gained, among other places, at Rhenus in various senior positions, he steps into a key
role for the company's growth on the European market. In his new role, he will be responsible for both LCL and FCL services and will further drive the company's expansion in this area. Koch will report directly to the Rhenus management and thus plays a central role in the further expansion of sea freight activities.
Geschäftsführung der Bartels Unternehmensgruppe neu strukturiert
After years of collaboration, Dr. Falk Bartels, together with Philipp Brandstrup and Dennis Gloystein, has withdrawn from the management of the Bartels Corporate Group. As part of this restructuring, he transfers a large portion of his shares to his daughter Britta Bartels, who now assumes the chair of the management. The company is thus in the third generation of the Bartels family. Britta Bartels now holds more than 75 percent of the shares and can thereby sustainably influence the strategic direction of the company.
Deutsche Bahn AG startet mit neuer Vorstandslinie
The Deutsche Bahn AG is undergoing a comprehensive reorganization of the Executive Board. Since 1 November 2025, Harmen van Zijderveld has been responsible for leading the Regionalverkehr area. Van Zijderveld, who has more than 20 years in various leadership positions at DB, succeeds the previous Regionalverkehr board. From 15 November 2025, Bernhard Osburg takes responsibility for the Güterverkehr and DB Cargo area. Osburg, who most recently was CEO of Thyssenkrupp Steel, will push the modernization and transformation of the Güterverkehr area further. Karin Dohm will
become the new Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Bahn on 1 December 2025. She brings extensive experience from leadership positions at the Hornbach Group and the Deutsche Bank and will lead the Bahn's finance department going forward. These changes occur in the context of Deutsche Bahn's planned new start under the new Chief Executive Officer Evelyn Palla.
DKV Mobility passt Führung an
DKV Mobility hat sein Führungsteam zum 1. Oktober 2025 neu aufgestellt. Vibeke Bak Solok wird neue Chief Financial Officer und folgt damit auf Peter Meier, der das Unternehmen auf eigenen Wunsch verlässt. Hafen Hamburg Marketing erhält neuen Vorstand
Zum 1. November 2025 hat die Hafen Hamburg Marketing (HHM) Hendrik Meyn als neuen Vorstand ernannt. Meyn bringt umfangreiche Erfahrung aus der maritimen Wirtschaft und der Markenführung mit, die er zuletzt bei der Harren Group sammelte. In seiner neuen Rolle wird er zusammen mit Axel Mattern die Markenstrategie und das Hafenmarketing weiterentwickeln und die Präsenz des Hafens auf internationalen Märkten stärken. DHL Global Forwarding: Wechsel in der Leitung
Felix Heger übernimmt zum 1. November 2025 die Rolle des CEO von DHL Global Forwarding Deutschland und Schweiz. Heger folgt auf Markus Panhauser, der künftig die weltweiten LCL-Aktivitäten des Unternehmens verantworten wird. Mit Heger gewinnt DHL einen erfahrenen Manager, der die strategische Weiterentwicklung und das nachhaltige Wachstum von DHL Global Forwarding in Deutschland und der Schweiz vorantreiben soll. 24plus Systemverkehre stellt neue Geschäftsführer
Mit Wirkung zum 13. Oktober 2025 wurde Paul Walter zum Geschäftsführer der 24plus Systemverkehre GmbH & Co. KG ernannt. Walter, der über langjährige Erfahrung in der Logistikbranche verfügt, übernimmt gemeinsam mit Yvonne Besser die Leitung der Systemzentrale in Hauneck.
