The Odelzhausen site of the Noerpel Group, headquartered in Ulm, was awarded the "Partnerstein 2025" on August 7, 2025. Since 2008, the award has been presented by the Dachau district associations of the Mittelstandsunion, the Frauenunion, and the Arbeitnehmerunion to recognize companies that make exceptional efforts in promoting their employees.
Prize for Committed Employee Promotion
As the company reports, the Odelzhausen site of the Noerpel Group was honored for its exemplary commitment to employee promotion and to balancing family and career. The award ceremony took place as part of a festive event in the forwarding and logistics facility on Oskar-von-Miller-Strasse 16. During the event, guests
were given insights into the site's operations. In his speech, Walter Nussel, member of the Bavarian State Parliament, emphasized the importance of an employee-oriented corporate culture.
Flexibility and Support for Employees
The site's flexible working time models were particularly praised. These are individually tailored to the needs of the employees, offering high flexibility. Additionally, according to the company, the site is committed to supporting employees through various programs. These include exam preparation courses for trainees, shuttle buses for commuting, and regular health days in cooperation with health insurance companies.
