Speedline Truck has, in addition to the Mirror and Diamond variants, now developed a new surface called UltraShield. The combination of mechanical processing and a special sealant leads to a mirror-smooth metal surface, according to the manufacturer.
Less cleaning effort
Contaminants such as
brake dust and salt are said to adhere less thanks to dirt-repellent properties and can be removed, if necessary, without much effort.
The new premium surface is also characterized by high resistance to UV radiation, salt and chemical corrosion.
In addition, it can
be easily cleaned, does not need to be polished and is therefore particularly low-maintenance, it is said. Even after many cleaning cycles it should still retain its shine.
"We are bringing UltraShield to the market because our customers want consistently beautiful and clean
wheels, but do not have much time for maintenance," said Erwin Eigel, Managing Director of Ronal Performance GmbH.
The wheels would shine with the new surface with little effort according to Eigel. Maintenance frequency and thus operating costs and downtime are to be
