The focus of Dr. Malek Software's exhibition at the transport logistic, taking place from June 2 to 5 in Munich, is the cloud-based "M3 Carrier Portal", which has been further developed in several aspects. It serves as a central data interface in the carrier's corporate design, compatible with any ERP system. New is the ability to process multiple shipments in bulk or as a list instead of individual shipments. This allows entire routes to be planned, for example. The consignments provided by the shipper are arranged in the correct order by the driver via drag & drop

on a mobile device. The status assignment is also simplified with the new function. With one click, all shipments of a tour can be declared as "planned" or "delivered" by the shipper. Additional conveniences for the shipper are expected through a new document upload, which is also possible via drag & drop.

Another innovation from Dr. Malek Software concerns the "M3 Driver App", which now features artificial intelligence. The AI optimizes the images taken by the driver by recognizing and processing the photographed objects. Pallet labels, delivery notes, freight documents, and other records are automatically straightened and

cropped. Contrast, exposure, and sharpness are adjusted—even coffee stains are removed. Additionally, multiple documents are converted into a multi-page PDF file linked to the respective order. The documents are available in real-time for further steps and are intended to enable quick invoicing without delay.

The AI from Dr. Malek Software is also intended to facilitate groupage traffic and particularly the processing of analog signatures on consignment notes. If a recipient does not want to sign on the display of the mobile device, the signature only needs to be photographed with the "M3 App". "M3" then ensures the

automatic assignment of the delivery receipt to the electronic document.

A new "M3 Warehouse Scanning" feature for the "M3 WMS" warehouse management system includes a native app developed for Android for mobile scanners. The software is modularly built and can be configured to suit various processes in storing, relocating, or retrieving customer-specific items. About 20 processes—such as sorting or repacking packages during storage—are pre-configured and available. This allows logistics service providers to adapt to their client's needs without altering the source code. New warehouse customers with specific requirements can thus be implemented quickly and cost-effectively.
