The company Pickshare, specializing in sustainable city logistics, has announced a significant expansion of its logistics fleet. Starting immediately, the first electric cargo bikes from the lightweight specialist and automotive supplier Mubea will begin daily delivery operations in Munich.

These forward-looking vehicles are expected to follow suit swiftly across other Pickshare locations nationwide, including Düsseldorf, Cologne, Bonn, Berlin, Karlsruhe, and Frankfurt am Main. With this strategic partnership, the mission to actively shape the traffic transformation in urban logistics and take on a pioneering role in emissions-free delivery is once again emphasized, according to the provider. The new Mubea UMobility E-Cargobikes are specifically designed for the demands of the last mile in inner cities and offer an efficient, environmentally friendly, and quiet alternative

to conventional delivery vehicles, promotes the city logistics specialist.

"These electric and emissions-free cargo bikes are an important step to strengthen our capacities while simultaneously further reducing our carbon footprint with each delivery. It is our contribution to a greener city of tomorrow and a clear commitment to forward-looking, sustainable city logistics," explains Matthias Weber, Managing Director of Pickshare.

The cargo bikes from the German provider are characterized by their maneuverability, high loading capacity, and electric assistance, making them suitable for delivery in densely populated areas.
