Daimler Truck has introduced a new digital platform for the procurement of spare parts with “My PartsHub.” The online shop is now available in Germany as well as in several European countries. Additional markets are expected to follow by spring 2026.
The platform replaces the previous portal “Daimler Truck WebParts.” Customers are automatically migrated to the new platform. According
to the company, more than 300,000 spare parts for trucks and special vehicles of the brands Mercedes-Benz Trucks & Buses, Setra and FUSO can be ordered via My PartsHub. Bus spare parts are also available through the new shop. The introduction focuses on the integration with the new Daimler Truck Global Parts Center in Halberstadt. The logistics center will
be gradually brought into operation and is intended to enable faster supply of truck spare parts.
About My PartsHubMy PartsHub offers a uniform user interface that can be used on mobile devices. The shop shows individual terms and availabilities directly in the search results and, according to the company, provides the entire spare-parts range, including original parts, replacement parts,
and TruckParts by Mercedes-Benz ready for ordering.
Zu den Funktionen zählen eine integrierte Chatmöglichkeit für Rückfragen, ein Online-Teilekatalog mit zwölf Hauptkategorien sowie der Zugriff auf Explosionszeichnungen für die detaillierte Ansicht von einzelnen Komponenten.
