The Italian workshop equipment manufacturer Texa has completed the production of 200,000 air conditioning service stations of the "KONFORT 700" series. The production milestone refers to the period since the start of the series in 2011 and underscores the international spread of the system in the maintenance and refilling of vehicle air conditioning systems.

"The 200,000 units produced are a strong sign of our commitment to innovation and our close connection to practice in workshops," says

Bruno Vianello, President of Texa. "These successes motivate us to continue investing in the future."

Air Conditioning Service Station KONFORT: Twelve Model Variants for All Common Refrigerants

The series currently includes twelve model variants, including versions with 7-inch and 10-inch touchscreens. All common refrigerants such as R134a, R1234yf, R744 as well as the alternatives R444a and R456a are covered. According to Texa, the features of the series include a robust design, high efficiency, and a user-friendly

interface. Devices of the "KONFORT" series are used worldwide by various vehicle manufacturers.

Texa Expands Production Further

In parallel with the production anniversary, Texa is expanding its production capacities. A new plant with over 30,000 square meters of space is being built at the company's headquarters. Among other things, the so-called e-Fluid system is to be manufactured there – a solution for the maintenance of cooling systems in electric vehicles, which is currently produced exclusively for

the Volkswagen Group.

Already in 2023, the company had commissioned the "e-Powertrain Plant," a manufacturing facility for components of the electric powertrain. On an area of around 24,000 square meters, inverters, control units, and axial flux motors are being produced, which are used in vehicles from Lamborghini and other brands.

For the current fiscal year, Texa expects sales of over 200 million euros. More than 70 percent of this is expected to come from export business.
