The Fiege Group introduced a new service area for transport consulting in Greven on 27 August 2025.
Scope of the advisory offering
According to the company, the logistics service provider is thereby expanding its portfolio with data-driven services
that focus on transport and last-mile networks.
Target groups and industries
The offering is aimed at companies in the newspaper and publishing industry as well as in retail and industry. There, transport workflows and last-mile deliveries should be
optimized.
Team and methods
For the new area, an eight-member team of specialists in transport networks will work. Among other tools, Center-of-Gravity analyses, geolocation and time-tracking, as well as methods for route planning and transport management will be
used.

According to Fiege, the advisory does not end with planning and simulation. The company also supports customers with change management, with training for employees, and with the long-term embedding of the new structures in
