The ProLogistik Group presents 'proLogistik NEO', a logistics platform with AI-assisted solutions and intelligent agents. The modular and data-driven platform brings together Warehouse Management (WMS), Transport Management (TMS), Business Intelligence (BI) and the AI Control Center in one interface, as explained in a press release dated September 17.
Single Sign-On (SSO), role-based access control (RBAC) and centralized master data management are intended to reduce interface overhead, increase transparency, and accelerate decisions along the entire supply chain. According to the provider, the basis is a data warehouse that consolidates data from ProLogistik solutions as well as from third-party systems, such as ERP systems, thereby creating a unified, analyzable data basis.
ProLogistik NEO aims
to address matured standalone solutions that cause a lot of integration and maintenance effort. "proLogistik NEO unites warehousing, transport, analytics and our AI Control Center in one interface — this reduces complexity and speeds up decisions. In addition, our customers benefit from an integrated E-Learning Academy," emphasizes Jörg Sänger, CEO of the ProLogistik Group.
Modernisation without system disruption
Under the motto "dock in instead of migrating," customers should be connected to proLogistik NEO with their existing systems, rather than migrating everything at once. This would allow the modern BI and AI tools to be used directly, it is said. The complete modernization of the system landscape would then proceed gradually.
According to
the press release, the data warehouse of the ProLogistik Group serves as the basis. It consolidates information from WMS and TMS as well as from ERP, CRM and MES systems. Users thereby receive a unified data foundation as the starting point for BI analyses and AI-supported recommendations — including individually selectable KPIs, trend analyses and near real-time or batch processing. The BI tool of the proLogistik NEO platform offers interactive, role-based dashboards with drill-down features that make data visible from the overview to the detail.
Specialized AI agents
The "AI Control Center" comprises two specialized agents: The AI Control Agent answers questions directly in the system — simply via chat, without detours
through support or documentation. Queries like "How many open goods receipt orders do I currently have?" should be clarified immediately. In addition, the agent provides relevant KPIs for warehouse operations, according to ProLogistik. It also issues early, proactive warnings for defined deviations and provides context-based recommendations for logistical processes and workflows.
The "AI Optimizer" simulates scenarios using a "digital twin" of the warehouse and evaluates alternatives for predictive process control.
