For the project developer Four Parx from Dreieich, specialized in commercial and logistics spaces, the path is clear to erect an innovative and sustainable commercial and logistics property on the roughly 76,500-square-meter site based on the existing development plan on behalf of Quincap Investment Partners. The Kirchheim Municipal Council had given the green light in June 2025 for the development on the site of the former Hubergroup production facility at Feldkirchner Straße 15 in Kirchheim-Heimstetten.
On the site at the western edge of the municipal area, two modern, high-quality-designed building components with a total
of around 52,500 square meters of rental space for commercial, production, and logistics use are to be built. Construction is planned for the third quarter of 2025.
Stephan Keck, First Mayor of Kirchheim, expresses satisfaction with the decision of the municipal council:
„This clears the way for the creation of modern commercial spaces and thus for a further revitalization of Kirchheim's economy. With the developer Four Parx and the investor Quincap, we will now work quickly and in partnership on the implementation.”
The focus of the property, according to Four Parx, will be on
architectural quality, innovative and sustainable development, as well as a flexible use mix that provides space for both local mid-sized companies and international companies.
Certification and Photovoltaics
The building will be constructed to a "DGNB Gold" certification. With an installed capacity of around 4.8 megawatts, a planned photovoltaic system is expected to contribute to energy supply and thereby reduce the CO₂ footprint. In addition, the property is to be certified under the WiredScore standard to ensure a high-performance and digital infrastructure.
