The material flow specialist Crown is launching its new walk-behind pallet trucks, the "WJ 50" series. Weighing only 159.5 kilograms including a V-Force 48-volt lithium-ion battery for the 1.2-ton model and 162.5 kilograms for the 1.5-ton model, this

electric pallet truck is lightweight while effortlessly handling loads of up to 1,500 kilograms, according to a press release.

Thanks to its compact design and exceptional maneuverability, the WJ 50 series is particularly well-suited for use in confined

spaces, according to the manufacturer.

With a front length of just 370 millimeters and a turning radius of 1,319 millimeters, the walk-behind pallet trucks can be used in areas where space is at a premium.

Ergonomic design and

intelligent battery management are also intended to contribute to increased efficiency. According to Crown, the strengths of the WJ 50 series pallet trucks are particularly evident in truck transport, curbside deliveries, and use in wholesale and retail industries.
