DHL Global Forwarding, Freight has announced changes to its global Management Board. The aim is to advance the digitalization and strengthen customer focus in key growth regions, according to the group. The new changes are set to take effect on December 1, 2025.

This will introduce a new “Accelerated Digitalization” structure to promote long-term performance and innovation. According to its own statements, this measure is intended to scale digital capabilities, introduce AI-powered solutions, and strengthen DHL's position in the global transport and logistics industry.

At the same time, Tim Robertson was appointed Executive Vice President Accelerated Digitalization. He is currently still CEO of DHL

Global Forwarding Americas. His focus will in the future include the accelerated transformation of the DHL Global Forwarding Service Center for back-office processes, the worldwide deployment of AI-powered customs clearance, and the development of a digital concept to support the needs of small and medium-sized enterprise customers. Robertson will also continue to be a member of DHL Global Forwarding, Freight's Global Board of Management, it says.

Additionally, two new executives, Michael Young and Erik Meade, were appointed to the Global Board of Management. This is intended to further improve customer focus and increase responsiveness to the changing needs of

customers in the Americas region markets.

Young is currently the CEO DHL Global Forwarding USA and will lead the North America region, including the United States and Canada. Meade currently holds the position of Managing Director DHL Global Forwarding Mexico and will in the future take over the leadership of the Latin America region, including Mexico, Brazil, Central America and the Caribbean, as well as the southern Spanish-speaking countries of the Americas. Robertson is described as a manager with broad expertise in strategic management, operations, IT and business process optimization, it continues. Michael Young brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in global markets and has a track record in customer retention and commercial strategy. And Meade has demonstrated leadership in Latin America by combining entrepreneurial thinking with operational excellence and a deep understanding of customer needs in fast-growing markets. De Bok:
