This strengthens its own route network and offers customers who transport cargo between important European regions improved transport options. Blasco Majorana, Line Manager at Finnlines:

“Our expanded service includes the deployment of three ships from the Finneco class. These state-of-the-art hybrid Ro-Ro vessels are suitable for a variety of cargo types, including Ro-Ro cargo, general cargo, containers, and automotive

freight. They are particularly well-suited for special and oversized shipments, such as over-width or heavy units transported on weather decks or Mafi trailers.”

To support the service expansion, Finnlines is also introducing new 80-foot Mafi trailers with embedded rails, specifically designed to enable more efficient and flexible transport of non-standardized goods such as trains and carriages.
