The LIS Logistische Informationssysteme GmbH has further developed its mobile application for processing transport orders. According to the company, the version AppSped 2.0 was presented on November 13, 2025 at the Greven site. The application is intended to simplify workflows for drivers and dispatch, document deliveries and damages more precisely, and align more closely with order-specific requirements.
Expanded documentation and automatic filing
One of the new features is the possibility to upload additional documents directly after predefined status updates. According to the company, drivers can record receipts as proof after delivery or photograph damaged goods in cases of refusals of acceptance. The proofs are automatically archived in the
WinSped Document Management System.
„With AppSped 2.0 we ensure that no important proofs are missing, whether receipts, photos or signatures. With the new functions the processes of transport handling become even easier and the status management even more comprehensive“, says Magnus Wagner, Co-CEO of the LIS Logistische Informationssysteme GmbH.
Process reliability through reminder function
The new version expands the process control. If the driving personnel sets the status “End of unloading,” the application will automatically remind to obtain a signature and a receipt. For the signature, as in the previous version, the signature is available directly on the display.
„Another novelty includes additional functions when setting a Quick
Status: AppSped automatically reminds to obtain a signature and a receipt as soon as the status ‘End of unloading’ is set. This prevents this important step from being forgotten,“ says Wagner
Bordero processing for general cargo
According to the company, AppSped 2.0 now also supports the processing of bordereaux. Users can implement bundled status updates in the app for general cargo shipments.
„Users can now also easily implement bundled status updates for general cargo shipments in the app,” explains Wagner the new function.
Individually configurable interface
The overhaul includes a new templating system for the user interface. Users can show and hide information, change the order of displayed
elements, and customize labels. According to the company, additional data such as reference numbers or delivery note numbers can be displayed.
The application is available in German, English, French and other languages.
Real-time order control and data security
Dispositions can send transport orders directly to the drivers, who can update the status data in real time. The company emphasizes data security:
„The data are provided exclusively via the WebSped server and are never stored on external systems,“ confirms Wagner.
A workflow manager enables defining process steps individually and thus tailoring them precisely to the respective orders.
According to the company, AppSped 2.0 is available for devices running Android
