The second managing director of the TÜV Informationstechnik Gesellschaft mbH has been appointed. According to the company, Simon Ulmer will assume the position effective November 17, 2025.
As the company states, Simon Ulmer will join as the second managing director and will, together with Dirk Kretzschmar, form the leadership team going forward. Ulmer will take on responsibilities in the Business Unit Digital and Semiconductor and will be responsible for topics of cybersecurity, digitization, and critical infrastructures. According to the company, it is intended to prepare him within twelve to eighteen months for additional responsibilities.
German Transport Forum
According to the German Transport Forum, Pierre Dominique Prümm
will take over the chair of the Presidium. Prümm had previously served as treasurer and member of the Working Committee. The Forum also appoints Matthias Magnor as the new treasurer, who had already belonged to the Presidium and the Working Committee.
As the Forum further states, Stefanie Petersen will join the Presidium as of December 1, succeeding Fabian Amini. Olaf Schick has had a seat in the Presidium since November 1 and will succeed Renata Jungo Brüngger in that role. According to the Forum, Markus Voss will immediately assume the Presidium function of Uwe Brinks.

Tobias Maier will assume on December 1,
2025 the leadership of the Middle East and Africa region at DHL Global Forwarding, Freight. He previously served as regional Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the digital freight platform Saloodo! in the same region. Maier will take responsibility for the regional business development. According to the company, he succeeds Amadou Diallo, who is stepping down from his role after many years of leadership. Maier comes from senior positions within the region and will henceforth be responsible for the overall management of the business activities. Diallo has led the region since 2017 and is stepping down from his role.
