The Noerpel Group is expanding its offering in e-commerce. Since the end of March, it has been handling logistics for the first customers of the newly launched Tiktok Shop in Germany. According to the company, Noerpel is thus one of the first service providers to offer manufacturers a fulfillment solution specifically for this sales channel.

The background is the introduction of the shopping function by Tiktok. Users of the platform have been able to buy products directly in the app since March 31, 2025 - a function that has been available in countries like

the USA and the UK for some time. In Germany, Tiktok is complementing its previous focus on entertainment with an integrated shopping experience.

Noerpel sees opportunities for manufacturers to reach new target groups.

"As a fulfillment service provider, we support our customers who want to use this additional sales channel," says Mark Wehner, Managing Director of Noerpel's subsidiary wehner logistics. He emphasizes: "Social commerce is trending. In the combination of social media and e-commerce, we see great potential for our customers."

The first orders from the Tiktok Shop are being processed at the Langenfeld

site. There, Wehner Logistics operates a logistics center with approximately 14,500 square meters of space. The warehouse offers space for about 18,600 pallets and 20,000 shelf spaces and is primarily focused on consumer goods. The first connected customers are from the food sector. According to Wehner, the plan is to offer this service at all logistics sites of the group in the future.

A dedicated competence team is accompanying the technical and organizational integration of shop systems into the platform. This includes IT specialists as well as experts for operational implementation.

"We develop state-of-the-art

solutions and implement them to fit each customer project," explains Lucas Noerpel-Schneider, member of the executive board of the Noerpel Group.

The company intends to further expand its commitment in the area of social commerce and specifically target new customers.
