Visitors to FACHPACK 2025 can look forward to a practical insight into modern packaging technology at Stand 326 in Hall 4A. The centerpiece of PackSynergy's presence is the "PayPerPallet" system – a group-wide solution for efficient and sustainable pallet wrapping. The technology is aimed at companies looking to optimize their packaging processes while saving material without compromising on process safety.
Stretch wrapper with IoT technology captures film consumption digitally
"PayPerPallet" is demonstrated on a stretch wrapper equipped with intelligent IoT technology, motorized pre-stretching, and an
intuitive touchscreen. At the heart of it is the integrated "Stretchmate" system. It captures the film consumption digitally and enables cloud-based evaluation of all relevant data. This provides users with an overview of material usage and allows for usage-based billing without high initial investments. Trade fair visitors have the opportunity to experience the system in live operation and discuss application possibilities with the experts from the PackSynergy partners.
Further PackSynergy packaging solutions
In addition to the PayPerPallet focus, PackSynergy presents further solutions along the entire
packaging value chain. Visitors can expect, among other things, automated packaging systems from Sealed Air, including various models of the "AUTOBAG" brand, which stand out in the field of e-commerce and small series production due to integrated printing, high cycle rates, and vision technology. Emba-Protec showcases under the motto "Maximum product protection with minimal material use" the "TrayTec" and "Buzz’n’Pack" systems, which are characterized by process reliability, reduced storage requirements, and easy use at decentralized packaging locations.
In addition, the network partners present individual solutions:
Adrians Papier offers packaging made from different materials focusing on sustainable alternatives and brand-compliant designs, while HLS Business Systems displays the "FENTEC SCALE CABINET," an automated, weigh-supported material supply for small parts and bulk goods. Horna Packaging demonstrates ergonomic packing stations with load sensor technology and machines for the production of paper pads. Papier Liebl focuses on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for everyday packaging. The Wepa Group, together with Intercept Technology, brings sustainable concepts for corrosion protection and long-term storage to the stand.
