Stellantis Pro One, the business unit for commercial vehicles of the brands Citroën, Opel, Peugeot and FIAT Professional, has, following the international launch of the new program CustomFit Personalization, now also opened orders in Germany. These are factory-certified upgrade solutions tailored to the German market, coming from a single source and intended to ensure high quality, safety and comfort. In addition, they have the same manufacturer warranty as the original vehicle and ensure fast delivery without detours, as promised. We are talking about two to three months from order receipt. At launch, there should also be faster-available standardized stock and demonstration vehicles.
For the start of the program, bott, a leading manufacturer of vehicle interiors, workplace systems and operating equipment, offers load-securing upfits, consisting of floor and wall coverings, airline rails, and additional accessories. In Q1 2026, a Sortimo upgrade will follow, also specifically for logisticians. A shelving system is also in preparation. For the aforementioned upfits, the same manufacturer warranty as for the original vehicle applies, an important argument with customers, according to Stellantis experts.
They have already been able to sell 2,000 vans with a specialized upfit to a van rental company.
All models are also available electrically - and future-proof
They are also positioning the electrically powered industry models, whose use cases are often urban. The vehicles already featured the second generation BEV drive, as the new head of the Pro One Business Unit Germany, Andreas Mayer, touted at the presentation in Rüsselsheim. The E-models are mature and future-proof. As a new addition, Mayer pointed to the van version of the Citroën eC3, which rounds out the portfolio at the lower end. In addition, like the diesel models, they can be operated even more efficiently with connectivity solutions and factory-offered telematics units.
For distribution in Germany, there are 2,600 service support points and 1,100 sales locations available, Meyer continued. Across all brands of the group—Citroën, Peugeot, Opel and FIAT Professional—the group currently holds a market share of 23 percent in Germany. Three quarters of all vans come with a conversion or upfit, the manufacturer adds. Here they rely on
a pool of 550 certified upfit partners. Above all, the digitization of the ordering process should make handling easier for customers.
For the Citroën Berlingo, Opel Combo and Peugeot Partner, the bott upgrade’s basic equipment includes, among other things:
- lightweight and moisture-repellent 12 mm birch plywood floor with a robust and slip-resistant resin film coating, plus moisture-repellent edges, in door areas with aluminum edge protection

The load-securing package for the Citroën Jumper, Opel Movano and Peugeot Boxer additionally includes gripping handles in the area of the sliding and rear doors for safe
entry into the vehicle as well as a load-securing case including a holder. In the CustomFit Premium equipment, the largest vans of the brands are furthermore equipped with four adjustable tie-down bars including tie-down bar holders, three recessed airline rails in the floor and airline rails in the ceiling.
