The automotive supplier Mahle is strengthening its training offerings for workshops, trading partners, and fleet operators: With the opening of the new "Global Training Center" in Stuttgart, the Mahle Lifecycle and Mobility business unit is driving forward the global expansion of its training structure. The new facility features 1,300 square meters of training space with five fully equipped workshop workplaces. Up to 15 participants can be trained there simultaneously under realistic conditions.

Train

workshop employees on diagnostics, cooling circuits, and battery systems

The focus is on topics related to alternative drives, including battery and hybrid vehicles. The aim is to specifically prepare workshop employees for diagnostics, cooling circuits, and battery systems. The location of the training center directly next to the development and test center for drive batteries underscores this strategic ambition.

Accompanying digital training portal

The expansion is accompanied by a revised training portal. Through

the platform, training sessions can be booked and over 120 technical documents can be accessed – including damage analyses and oil quantity manuals. The offering is tailored to various knowledge levels and includes both free live online training with qualified trainers and compact e-learning modules. On-site training can be booked directly through the portal.

The digital training offering is currently available in German, English, Polish, and Portuguese, with additional languages to follow. New

training centers modeled after the one in Stuttgart are already planned for other countries such as France and Italy.

The training portal is available online at www.training.mahle.com.
