Euromaster considers itself one of the leading specialists in tire services for passenger cars and commercial vehicles in Europe. However, the workshop network portfolio also includes comprehensive vehicle service, auto glass, and the usual inspections. “In our state-of-the-art workshops, we repair and maintain all vehicles from scooters to trucks,” states their website. Additionally, a 24-hour breakdown service ensures constant availability. Now, the Mannheim subsidiary of the French tire group Michelin has expanded its service offering: both at all Euromaster branches with truck service and mobile directly at the customers' premises, Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) for vehicles of all brands are now offered.

According to the company, they are responding to the

increasing demand from fleet customers for reliable TPMS systems, which are increasingly entering the market and require maintenance. Since July 2024, all new commercial vehicles, buses, and trailers must contain a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) in accordance with EU regulation UN ECE R141. Jürgen Walter, Managing Director of Euromaster Germany and Austria says:

“The TPMS service is becoming a sought-after component of our MasterCare contracts with fleet customers. We can service almost any system and renew the sensors, which is a clear competitive advantage.”

According to their own information, Euromaster started preparing the service for Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems seven years ago – the experience gained over these years can now

benefit commercial vehicle customers. According to Euromaster, they use high-quality, durable sensors, “which can be flexibly programmed for almost any vehicle type”. The products can be seamlessly integrated into existing vehicle systems and overwritten as often as necessary, it is stated.

By integrating the TPMS service, Euromaster expands its Master-Care package with a component that primarily aims to serve the operational safety and efficiency of fleets. According to the description, a “professional field service team” and a qualified service team take care of this. The team is supported by a central key account management.

Euromaster started in 1919 as an amalgamation of several tire dealerships and received its current name in 1991.

According to the latest information, representations are currently found in 19 countries across Europe, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland. A total of around 11,800 employees work in more than 2,800 service centers for the vehicle specialist, with approximately 2,000 in Germany alone in 400 own branches and franchise operations.

In Austria, for example, there are a total of 35 franchise partners and 32 partner companies in the Euromaster network that private and business customers can commission. Overall, around 4.5 million customers annually use the services of the service provider, which values equipment according to the latest technical standards. In the Euromaster headquarters located in Mannheim since 2017, alone, 130 employees work.
