Aparkado has connected the Lkw.App to Timocom's real-time tracking system. According to the company, the solution works without additional hardware and without registration for drivers.

Launch of live shipment tracking

Timocom has enabled its live shipment tracking in July 2025 for more than 55,000 customers. Due to the integration of the Lkw.App, the offering is now usable for companies without their own telematics solution. Both partners have been working

in a strategic collaboration since the beginning of 2025. The aim is to pragmatically integrate digital applications into everyday logistics and to increase transparency in the European supply chain.

Use by drivers

Advantages for dispatch and customers

Dispatchers and clients obtain precise real-time arrival times through the integration. For drivers, the live tracking complements the existing functions of the Lkw.App. These include truck-compliant route planning based on vehicle profiles, suggestions for parking along the route, 41 filter options, as well as live

data on the occupancy of more than 50,000 parking spaces across Europe.

Market deployment possibilities

This also allows companies without their own telematics systems to participate in real-time tracking. According to Aparkado, the Lkw.App particularly closes an existing gap in the spot market, as a high degree of flexibility is
