The Fiege Group presented a new service area for transport consulting on August 27, 2025 in Greven. According to the company, the logistics service provider is thereby expanding its portfolio with data-driven services that focus on transport and last-mile networks.

Scope of the advisory offering

company, the advisory model encompasses all steps from the analysis of existing structures through the development and simulation of future scenarios to the technical implementation. The aim is to make transport processes more efficient in collaboration with customers.

Target groups and industries

The offering is aimed at companies

from the newspaper and publishing sector as well as retail and industry. In these sectors, transport workflows and last-mile deliveries are to be optimized.

Team and methods

For the new area, an eight-person team of professionals in transport networks will work. Among others, center-of-gravity analyses, geolocation and time-tracking,

as well as methods for tour planning and transport management will be used.
