Frigosped, a logistics company specialized in international full load transports and warehousing services, has digitized its vehicle damage management with the "myschaden24-App" from the provider Intertaxexpert Gutachtenmanagement GmbH. This is stated in a press release from Frigosped.

The myschaden24-App was developed to simplify and automate vehicle damage recording and processing. According to the provider, it connects all parties involved – drivers, fleet managers, workshops, insurers, lawyers, and assessors – ensuring transparent and efficient communication. Mario Kaiser, technical fleet manager at Frigosped, explains the

benefits:

"The app intuitively guides our drivers through the damage recording process. At the same time, as fleet managers, we receive all relevant information in real time. This saves time and minimizes errors, as the app ensures that the process runs smoothly from the beginning."

The main features of the app include:

  • Guided damage recording: Drivers are guided step by step through the process.
  • Multilingualism: Language barriers are overcome through integrated translation functions. A German-speaking administrator can work with the damage recording of
  • a Polish driver.
  • Clear documentation: Damages are documented thoroughly, which is also beneficial for vehicle sales. During vehicle handovers from driver to driver, an unambiguous interface documentation can occur and be processed according to responsibility. The legally required departure control is also possible with this app.
  • Networking: All parties have access to current information, creating transparency, avoiding misunderstandings, and supporting a rapid workflow.

Moreover, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to further develop vehicle damage management:

  • Automatic damage analysis: AI could
  • analyze images of damage and help predict repair costs.
  • Predictive maintenance: Through data analysis, potential damages could be identified early.
  • Optimization of workflows: AI could help deploy resources more efficiently and further automate processes, such as in the planning of workshop visits.

Bernhard Heinrich, CEO of Frigosped, sees great potential in these developments:

"AI opens up completely new possibilities for us, not only but also in vehicle damage management. We will be able to act even faster and thus offer our customers even
