Aero-Lift Vacuum Technology GmbH will showcase at FACHPACK 2025, which takes place from 23 to 25 September in Nuremberg, new features of its hose lifter series “FORCE-LIFT”. The “FORCE-LIFT | 2” is available with two optional additional features that expand the application possibilities of this hose lifter, according to a press release recently issued by the vacuum handling technology
provider. On the one hand, the integrable surface gripper “VUSS” enables the pickup of workpieces with cutouts or interrupted surfaces. This is suitable, for example, for applications in wood and furniture manufacturing.
On the other hand, a new fully electric swiveling unit, according to the company from Geislingen-Binsdorf in Baden-Württemberg, offers a gentle and precise motion guidance when swiveling.
The swiveling process can thus be positionally precisely limited – for high control, material saving and ergonomic working, Aero-Lift Vacuum Technology said.
At the trade fair stand, visitors can see how the FORCE-LIFT series is used – from the FORCE-LIFT | 2 for heavy loads up to 300 kilograms to the compact one-handed hose lifter “FORCE-LIFT”, which lifts up
to 75 kilograms with only one hand.
The devices are suitable, according to the provider, for a variety of deployment areas in packaging processes, warehouse logistics and internal material flows. Due to intuitive operation, quick-change coupling and modular construction, the FORCE-LIFT can be used for a variety of loads – from cartons to drums to canisters.
