Approximately 29,700 square meters of hall and logistics space as well as 6,000 square meters of office and social space will be realized for the tenant TTI, Inc. in Maisach-Gernlinden in the Fürstenfeldbruck district from early September. In total, the specialist distributor of electronic components will thus have around 35,700 square
meters of new rental space available in the future, BNP Paribas Real Estate announced on September 3 during the topping-out ceremony in a press release.
TTI has had its headquarters at the site since 2007 and, after thorough review, decided on an expansion building. BNP Paribas Real Estate accompanied the tenant
under an exclusive mandate in expanding the site in Maisach. The completion is planned for the end of 2026.
TTI, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, is worldwide among the major distributors of electronic components and serves numerous industries—from manufacturing to defence to aerospace.
