Kässbohrer, according to its own statements, delivered the 1,050,001st spare part from the Goch plant's warehouse in September 2025. The recipient was Karl Mossandl in Dingolfing, a long-standing partner of the company in sales and aftersales in Germany.

Spare parts distribution since 2016

Since 2016, more than 1.05 million spare parts have been shipped to 54 countries. The order for the anniversary part was placed via

the electronic parts catalog that Kässbohrer has been operating since 2009. It comprises around 50,000 different items and is available to registered customers and partners.

Modernized warehouse in Goch

The spare parts warehouse in Goch was modernized in 2021 and expanded to 2,160 square meters. According to the company, seven employees are employed there, ensuring delivery within 24 hours. Availability stands at 95 percent for fast-moving

items and 90 percent for the entire range. In total, 5,600 different spare part types are stored at the site, including original parts as well as components from system partners and suppliers.

European service network

Kässbohrer points to an aftersales network with 574 service points in Europe. This includes own centers in Goch, Ulm and Błonie. At 354 locations, complete assemblies can be repaired in the

event of damage. Spare parts and consumables are shipped within 24 hours from warehouses in Goch, Ulm, Lyon and Błonie.

Breakdown service in 41 countries

In addition, the company provides a breakdown service that is reachable across Europe via a single, Europe-wide telephone number. This service supports drivers in 41 countries and offers assistance in 12 languages, including the organization of tow operations to the nearest
