In 2014, the independent commercial vehicle tire service network Pneunet was founded by the German tire dealers Pneuhage, Reifen Helm, and Reifen Günther. It has since been coordinated by them on a cooperative basis, according to the information provided.
New Partners
Now it is expanding to over 20 partners with 500 service stations in twelve European countries: New members include Marso in
Hungary, Solidad in Spain and Portugal, as well as TTA Truck Tyre Assist in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
According to company information, the new and existing partners met in early March 2025 to develop the operational concepts for integration into the network.
The common goal: to develop a service offering that meets the needs of European-oriented fleets. This particularly concerns services
in the areas of Stop & Go, Fleetcheck, repairs, breakdown service, and other services.
Manufacturer-independent tire solutions for customer fleets and professional commercial vehicle tire service are to be offered 365 days a year and 24 hours a day—at service locations as well as mobile.
Central Breakdown Service
When using the European Pneunet network, the advantage of decentralized customer contacts remains, it
says. Accordingly, the local service partner negotiates the conditions with his customer and as the main dealer, provides the central invoice.
The central breakdown assistance service is coordinated multilingual and 24/7 through the joint venture of Service 24 and ADAC. Currently, the network is represented with service partners in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, and Italy.
