According to its own statements, tire manufacturer Hankook wants to account for the growth in delivery traffic with commercial vehicles up to seven and a half tons of permissible total weight. According to the company, this increased by 15 percent across Europe in 2024.

The new Vantra Transit is now being presented, which is intended to combine innovative technologies with a robust construction and provide
optimized tread design and a wider tread for reduced wear.
Compared to its predecessor, the manufacturer claims up to 18 percent higher mileage. The innovative tread compound is said to reduce rolling resistance by 15 percent compared to conventional tires in the van segment, according to the information.
Moreover, the reinforced carcass structure should ensure high load capacity—for use with a fully loaded vehicle. Other features include
deformation-stable 3D GripKontrol sipes—Hankook reports nine percent shorter braking distances and a 13 percent increase in driving stability on wet surfaces for the Vantra Transit.

Portfolio for Delivery Vans and Transporters
The new tire is now available in 32 sizes from 13 to 17 inches. In addition to the Vantra Transit, Hankook offers other tire solutions for transporters and delivery vans.
The Vantra LT is intended to achieve reliable performance in summer conditions, while the Winter i*cept LV excels with very good traction and braking performance and ensures a high level of safety even in the cold season.
