The intralogistics specialist Jungheinrich and Brose, a leading provider of intelligent solutions for mechatronic systems and electric drives, have opened a new chapter of intelligent automation in cooperation. The partnership between Jungheinrich Thailand and Brose Thailand began with the strategic deployment of the Mobile Robot EKS 215a. According to Jungheinrich, this leap toward efficiency and innovation represents a milestone in intralogistics and sets a benchmark for the future development of the industry in Thailand.

The project also provides an

insight into the future of advanced manufacturing: The Driverless Transport System EKS 215a efficiently and safely designs workflows in operation, minimizes errors, and also promotes sustainable work.

“We have been working with Brose for many years. As true partners, we focus together on sustainability, safety, and improved productivity in the warehouse. Brose's vision of continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation aligns with that of Jungheinrich. We have built a good relationship in which we jointly find new ways to improve

warehouse efficiency and achieve sustainability goals,” commented Bart Sprangers, General Manager of Jungheinrich Thailand.

Together with the Brose team, Jungheinrich analyzed the company's needs and processes and conducted a comprehensive material flow and throughput analysis. With the resulting comprehensive plan, Jungheinrich implemented its driverless solution.

A true partnership for the right solution.

Denis Reul, Managing Director of Brose Thailand (Chonburi plant), emphasizes that Brose is constantly searching for new technologies to optimize the efficiency of work processes and manage

the increasing volume of orders. With the AGV, Jungheinrich's team has found the optimal solution for Brose's needs.

Together, Jungheinrich and Brose are setting a new standard for intelligent warehouse logistics in Thailand. The use of the Mobile Robot EKS 215a is a signal for the industry. It underscores the importance of continuous development and standardization in intelligent and sustainable warehousing.
