At Solutrans 2025, Flexis, a specialist in electrified mobility solutions for the B2B sector, presented its new fleet-operations-management service and announced further technology partnerships with telematics provider Geotab as well as charging-management specialist AMPECO. The joint venture founded in 2024 by the Renault Group, the Volvo Group and CMA CGM also presents the entire all-electric vehicle lineup, which is identical to Renault's portfolio. The presentation also includes demos with Interface, Flexis's open platform, which integrates data analytics, digital services and business-management consulting for B2B customers. The provider also showcases for the first time its parcel-tracking function and the keyless opening/locking function of the vehicles.

Fleet management solutions in focus

In the focus of the presentation is the service offering developed for logistics service providers and last-mile operators, intended to help companies concentrate

on their core business – delivery. Flexis aims to take on complex and business-critical tasks such as fleet maintenance, charging and digital management, tailored to every LCV fleet configuration and every powertrain concept. It combines real-time fleet monitoring based on data with personalized support from Flexis fleet consultants, who regularly visit the depots.

“In initial pilot projects, an operator with 25 vehicles could save over €20,000 in just three months by optimizing charging and increasing utilization. This proves that services are the heart of our mission, and with this approach we for the first time have the opportunity to present Flexis as a combination of vehicles and real value-added service,” says Philippe Divry, CEO of Flexis.

From a Vehicle-as-a-Service solution, Pierre Sirolli, Head of Services & Solutions at Flexis, speaks. In his

view, the vehicles will in the future operate as software-based platforms that continuously evolve through over-the-air updates, predictive diagnostics and seamless integration into the customers' ecosystems.

A City-Friendly Logistics Realized with Strong Technology Partnerships

Following the announcement of an important partnership with Prologis Mobility in early 2025, Flexis now announced two additional partnerships: with Geotab, a world leader in connected vehicle solutions and asset management, and with AMPECO, a global provider of EV charging-management platforms.

Geotab was chosen to manage vehicles that are not connected or only partially connected. This partnership offers customers last-mile transport solutions as well as a comprehensive service ecosystem to optimize fleet utilization, profitability and efficiency, the provider promises.

„The biggest challenge for any modern fleet is the management of mixed fleets, many of which are not natively

connected. Geotab's technology and open platform address exactly this problem by merging different data streams into a powerful source. This collaboration gives customers high-quality, actionable insights to optimize efficiency and profitability,” outlined Christoph Ludewig, Vice-President EMEA at Geotab.

With AMPECO, within the scope of this partnership, reliable, business-critical depot charging is to be integrated seamlessly into the overall system. This reduces total costs, improves planning, and enables scalability for rapid fleet growth in Europe, the provider explains.

„Last-mile fleets require scalable, interoperable charging infrastructure they can rely on every day. Through proven reliability and flexible integration options, our platform enables Flexis to integrate charging directly into vehicle operations. Partnerships like these, where open technology platforms enable service innovations, are the key to accelerating fleet electrification across Europe,” believes Orlin Radev, CEO of
