The consulting firm Realogis has brokered a logistics property in Rodgau for the project developer Omnidocks. The occupant of the unit is Sinotrans Air Transportation, the German subsidiary of the Chinese logistics company Sinotrans Limited. The area handed over comprises, according to Realogis, a total of around 10,300 square meters.
Space layout and equipment
The property at Boschstraße 15–17 features
about 8,700 square meters of warehousing, around 810 square meters of mezzanine, and approximately 820 square meters of office space. In addition, the user has 40 parking spaces available, four of which are equipped with charging points for electric vehicles. For the operation of the property, heat pumps for cooling and heating as well as LED lighting are used. According
to Realogis, this equipment contributes to energy-efficient operation.
Project development and location
Omnidocks, a company within PGIM Real Estate's European Value-Add Strategy, had acquired the project development with a total of 12,300 square meters by the end of 2024, even before construction began. The location on the A3 motorway is said by Realogis to ensure direct access to regional and
interregional traffic.
Use by Sinotrans
Sinotrans took occupancy of the property in the second quarter of 2025. The company uses the space for the storage and distribution of brown goods in close proximity to Frankfurt Airport. Sinotrans Limited employs more than 30,000 people worldwide and is active in air and ocean freight, contract logistics, warehousing, customs clearance and supply chain
