In July 2025, the Hasenkamp Group acquired a minority stake in the Scandinavian logistics service provider MTAB.

MTAB was founded in 1968 and, according to the company, operates locations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The
family-owned company is regarded as one of the leading providers in Scandinavia for art, cultural goods and high-tech transports.
Management remains unchanged
The two owners of MTAB, Simon and Stefan Fors, remain majority shareholders and will continue to run the
company independently. Strategic and operational decisions will, according to the statement, continue to be their responsibility. In connection with the stake, Thomas Schneider, Chairman of the Management Board of the Hasenkamp Group, was appointed to MTAB's board.
