The SVG Bundes-Zentralgenossenschaft Straßenverkehr eG announces that the supervisory board and Marcel Frings, long-standing executive of the SVG Central and managing director of SVG Academy GmbH, have mutually agreed to terminate the collaboration. The board remains composed of Stephan Böschemeier as well as the part-time board member Stefan Wurzel.
Hylane expands the management by Maximilian Draxler, who previously already led the company's finance department. Since 1 September 2025 he strengthens the existing leadership team with Dr. Sara Schiffer and Bernd Zens as managing directors. Draxler was reportedly instrumental in building the company and has, since 2022 as Head of Finance, been responsible for, for example, the design of the usage-based rental model, the procurement of emission-free vehicles for the fleet and the development of controlling and financial processes. As managing director of the Dutch subsidiary Hylane Netherlands B. V. he has also since 2024 steered the market entry into the Netherlands. In his new role he remains responsible for the finance area and additionally takes on responsibilities, in particular for the areas of law as well as internationalization. Since 2024 Draxler has also represented Hylane on the advisory board of Green Hydrogen Technology.
DHL Supply Chain has announced a series of leadership changes that took effect on 1 September 2025. Andries Retief was appointed Chief Development Officer (CDO) and reports in this role directly to Hendrik Venter, CEO of DHL Supply Chain. Retief has more than 15 years of international leadership experience in Europe, the Middle East & Africa as well as
Asia.
Marco Brüggemann was appointed Chief Customer Officer for DHL Supply Chain Europe and Bremer Pauw as Chief Customer Officer for DHL Supply Chain Middle East & Africa. Brüggemann has been with DHL since 2002 and has held various strategic and customer-related leadership roles in Latin America and Europe. Most recently he was responsible for the realignment of E-Commerce supply chains in the Germany & Alps cluster.
Bremer Pauw, currently managing director for DHL Supply Chain Africa, will in the future be based in Dubai, UAE, and will also continue to be managing director of DHL Supply Chain Africa. As Chief Commercial Officer for Middle East & Africa he will lead the corporate strategy and customer development in the region.
Previously DHL Supply Chain had already appointed Rainer Haag as CEO DHL Supply Chain Europe. In his new role he takes responsibility for 16 Central European markets and reports directly to Hendrik Venter, who previously as CEO led the Europe, Middle East & Africa region and has been appointed CEO DHL Supply Chain and a member of the DHL Group Executive Board. Haag began his career in 2010 at the DHL Group as Director Operations in Spain and has since held leadership positions in various markets and sectors.
As part of the reassignments, Katrin Hölter, previously Chief Operations Officer DHL Supply Chain EMEA, took over the position of CEO DHL Supply Chain Germany & Alps from Haag. In her role she has been responsible since 2022 for optimizing operational processes and for
ensuring smooth service for customers in the region. Hölter has worked for the DHL Group since 2003.
The Open Logistics Foundation appointed Carina Tüllmann as the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). She has been responsible since 1 September 2025, in addition to communications and community management, for personnel development and business development within the foundation. Tüllmann complements the existing leadership team with Andreas Nettsträter (CEO) and Thorsten Hülsmann (CFO) and had previously served as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The Vice President of the Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility (BALM) Bernd Krekeler has been retired. His successor is Antje Keunecke. Since 1990 Krekeler helped shape the development of today’s BALM. He served in various BALM outposts, later in a leadership role as Department President Controls and finally as Vice President. Antje Keunecke assumed the office of Vice President on 01 September 2025. She will continue the leadership of the department ‘Central Services’ which was entrusted to her in 2022 in her role as Vice President. Also on 1 September 2025, Bianca Kniesel, previously head of the Z1 department and budget commissioner, was appointed as the new head of the department ‘Controls’.
Anabela Pires has been since 1 September 2025 the new CEO of DHL Freight Deutschland. Temporarily she also retains responsibility for the Freight CESE area. In her new position Pires will continue to report to the CEO of DHL Freight. Since 1 September 2025 this is Markus Voss, who previously was Chief Development Officer at DHL Supply Chain. Pires reportedly has
more than three decades of experience in the freight forwarding industry. Since joining DHL she has consistently taken on leadership responsibilities. As Area Manager Central for Freight Germany she led the strategic realignment of the regional organization. In the past four years Pires has, as CEO of DHL Freight, been responsible for the CESE region.
Europart has with effect from 16 August 2025 appointed Florian Waldmann as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He brings expertise in the areas of financial management, mergers & acquisitions, strategic corporate governance and compliance, oversees the Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance as well as ESG and should strengthen the company's management team further. Most recently Waldmann was with the Metro AG, where he was also responsible for implementing an ERP system in the global financial organization. Previously he held the role of CFO Austria within Metro.
Seit 1. August 2025 ist Richard Bezzant neuer Marketing Director Lkw und Bus der Hankook Tire Europe GmbH. Er begann seine Laufbahn in der Reifenbranche 2003 in Großbritannien, zudem besetzte er über fünf Jahre leitende Positionen in Frankreich, bevor er als Marketing Director UK und Irland die Verantwortung für das gesamte Marketing in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen übernahm.
Der Aufsichtsrat der SAF-Holland SE hat den ursprünglich bis Ende Juni 2026 laufenden Vertrag des Vorstandsvorsitzenden Alexander Geis vorzeitig um fünf Jahre bis Ende Juni 2031 verlängert. Geis trat sein Amt im März 2019 an. Die Vertragsverlängerung soll den Angaben zufolge sicherstellen, dass das Unternehmen auch in den kommenden Jahren an der Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie drive2030 arbeitet.
